Pizzeria Napoli in Marl

Pizza was ordered shortly after opening. Come 6:05 p.m. 1 1/2 hours later. Several calls were made in between. Yes, the driver has not started yet - has just started. Pizza arrived and the driver emphasized that he had just left and the pizza was hot. Arrived at the table and lo and behold the pizza is in an inedible cold state, unfortunately the driver was gone very quickly! Called again and no accommodation etc !!! Very bad customer service and delivery service !!! Orders are never again made there and certainly not recommended! Real mess not to be ashamed to deliver cold FOOD !! And not to speak of the driver to lie to the customers !!!! This was not the 1st time that the pizza arrived cold or after 2 hours. This pizzeria just got very bad !!! Formerly regular customers lost !!!! The owners should be ashamed of themselves!

Ordered three pizzas, two of them cold and inedible as totally salty. I'm not used to this from the shop. There were also no pizza rolls or at least a bottle of cola. Never again! Next time back to "our" pizzeria!

The pizzeria Napoli has on 09.11. took over the catering for our Heavy Metal concert in the Hagenbusch and convinced us on the whole line! The pizza plates were excellent, the veggie pizzas absolutely top spiced. Pasta in pepper cream sauce a dream. Delicious salad and extremely friendly and competent service. Everything was discussed in advance and the Pizzeria Napoli has kept 100% of all agreements. In addition super punctual and cheap. It could not be better! Thanks to the whole team!

Staff as well as the pizza delivery staff are very friendly and sympathetic. Delivery time about 45 minutes was, as said on the phone, complied. The pizza is very delicious and also has a lot of toppings. Prices are also reasonable.

Food very tasty, but a star deduction: delivery service must be faster and the food also hot. Furthermore, the delivery man is a lab bag high 10, I just want to receive my food and enjoy as fast as possible and warm and no coffee party!
